The Sanctuary Guarantee
Restoration is not a transaction; it is a journey. If our Evening Restoration System does not help you find your rhythm within a full year of purchase, we will restore your funds in full. We call this our Sanctuary Guarantee.
Refund Eligibility

365-Day Policy: You have 365 days after the date of purchase to request a refund.

Digital Nature: As our products are digital, they are not "returned" in a physical sense. However, your license to use the materials is terminated upon refund.

What is Covered: This policy applies to the Collagen Rituals Transformation Toolkit and all individual digital guides.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Expirations: Products purchased more than 365 days ago are not eligible for refunds.

Third Parties: We cannot accept returns on items purchased through third-party resellers.

Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine are abusive of our policy, such as multiple requests from the same customer.

Verification: Provide your full name and order number.

Approval: Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Access: Your private audio feed will be deactivated upon the processing of the refund.
